Terms of Service

Effective date: October 27, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Auvry, Inc., doing business as SoccerTraq ("SoccerTraq") for using soccertraq.com and the SoccerTraq apps (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a team or club, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.

1. Who can use SoccerTraq

You must be at least 18 to create an account. Players do not need accounts; a parent or guardian holds the account for their child. We do not offer accounts to anyone under 13.

2. Accounts and roles

Each team has a manager who controls the roster, invitations, billing and who can see what. Coaches and reviewers see the whole team; parents see team numbers and their own child only. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us at admin@soccertraq.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the video, rosters and other material you upload or link ("Your Content"). You give SoccerTraq permission to store, copy, process and analyze Your Content to provide the Service to your team, including letting trained reviewers watch it to check statistics. If your team opts in to model training, you also give us permission to use Your Content to improve our analysis models, subject to parents' consent as described in the Privacy Policy. You can withdraw that permission at any time.

4. Permissions and consents you are responsible for

By uploading or linking match video, the team manager confirms that:

  • the team has the right to record the match and share the video with SoccerTraq, under the rules of the league, venue and camera provider;
  • the families of players on your roster have been told the team uses SoccerTraq, and each linked parent will give their own consent in the app before their child's individual stats are created; and
  • the video was not taken from a site or service whose terms prohibit downloading it.

We will remove video or data when a rights holder or parent asks and is entitled to it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • upload video you do not have the right to share, or video downloaded from services that prohibit it, such as YouTube;
  • use SoccerTraq to identify, rank publicly, embarrass or harass any player, especially a child;
  • try to see data your role does not allow, or share another family's child's information;
  • copy, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer the Service or its models;
  • interfere with the Service's security or operation; or
  • use the Service in breach of any law.

6. Statistics, replays and suggestions

SoccerTraq's statistics, replays and coaching suggestions come from automated analysis and human review of video. They can contain errors, and some are labelled as estimates or partial because the camera did not see the whole pitch. Use them as one input alongside your own judgement. They are not a guarantee of a player's ability, selection, recruitment or scholarship. Replays show only tracked positions; gaps where tracking was lost are shown as gaps.

Coaching suggestions and practice plans are general information to help coaches. The coach decides what to use and is responsible for the sessions they run.

7. Drills and safety

Drills and training assignments are offered for players to practise with appropriate adult supervision, on a safe surface and with suitable equipment. Physical activity carries a risk of injury. Stop any activity that causes pain, and consult a doctor about injuries or health conditions. SoccerTraq does not assess fitness, fatigue, injury risk or medical readiness, and nothing in the Service is medical advice.

8. Plans, billing and cancellation

  • Plans. Current plans and prices are listed at soccertraq.com/#pricing. Coach and club plans include the number of fully reviewed matches stated for the plan; extra reviewed matches cost $12 each.
  • Billing. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes where taxes apply.
  • Cancel or pause. You can cancel or pause from your account at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires.
  • Price changes. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change applies to you.
  • Founding teams. Founding-team pricing or free periods are described in your sign-up email and apply for the period stated there.
  • Features marked as coming. Features labelled with a future date are not part of your plan until they are released.

9. Other services

The Service works with video from camera providers and file services such as BallerCam, Veo, Trace, Hudl, Google Drive, Dropbox and OneDrive. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. SoccerTraq is not affiliated with them and is not responsible for them.

10. SoccerTraq's property

The Service, its software, models, report designs and drill library belong to SoccerTraq or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service for your team or family while your account is active. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you.

11. Ending these terms

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts players at risk, or goes unpaid, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it. When an account closes, we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 3, 6, 7 and 10 to 14 continue to apply after the account closes.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, SoccerTraq disclaims all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of statistics.

13. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, SoccerTraq is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, scholarships or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid SoccerTraq in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, each side agrees to try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days by contacting the other. If it is not resolved, the dispute will be decided in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and both sides agree to those courts' jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we will email account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel before they take effect.
